Property Viewing
Launched in 2013, the Greek Golden Visa Program grants a permanent residence permit in exchange for as low as a €250,000 real estate investment in Greece.
The Greek Golden Visa allows you to live in Greece and travel across the Schengen region consists of 26 European countries without a visa, include family members as children (up to age 21) and parents of main applicant and spouse.
The required amount of Greece golden visa investment will be increasing from €250,000 to €500,000 in the early 2023.
